Refund Policy

1. The short version

If a purchase didn't work out, we'd rather refund you than keep an unhappy listener. Single books and author bundles come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in one click; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. Single books & author bundles

• Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.
• No forms, no interrogation — one email to [email protected] from the address you purchased with (or the receipt number) is enough.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — one click, no dark patterns, no retention maze.
• After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle; you are not charged again.
• Charged by mistake (e.g. forgot to cancel)? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that billing cycle.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. Receipts are issued by our merchant of record at the time of purchase and contain an order number that speeds things up, but it is not required.

5. Payment processing

Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record / payment providers; the charge on your statement will reference the descriptor shown at checkout. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.

6. Anti-abuse note

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-listen-refund cycles across many titles). This clause exists for edge cases — honest requests are simply honoured.
